Joseph Bergeron M.D.
Joseph Bergeron, M.D. is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has authored a peer reviewed analysis of medical hypotheses for Jesus’ cause of death published in the Journal of Forensic and Legal Medicine. Dr. Bergeron recently collaborated with Dr. Gary Habermas on a critique of hallucination hypotheses for the biblical story of Easter published in the Irish Theological Quarterly. Dr. Bergeron’s medical practice includes determination of causation and sequela for complex injuries. This led to his interest in the forensic aspects of Jesus’ crucifixion as well as the scientific studies of the Shroud of Turin. He lives with his wife and Children in Indianapolis, Indiana.
